退款政策
- Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests after this period are not eligible.
- Eligibility & condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- How to request a return: Contact us at wujeff868@gmail.com to start the return process. Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping: After approval, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. The item must be shipped using the original return label provided. Using another label or carrier will not qualify for a refund.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Inspect the order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so the issue can be evaluated.
- Non‑returnable items: Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Refund process: Once the supplier receives the item and issues the refund, the refund is credited to the managed order balance after the supplier processes it.
- EU customers: Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the EU cooling‑off period, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
